How does it work?

Month 1  

  • Learning the in's and out's of macros
  • First 2 weeks to reset your metabolism and EAT MORE!
  • Learn how it's truly possible to have wine nights, eat chocolate daily, and eat out and still see results!
  • Get out of the mentality of "good food" and "bad food"
  • Build lean muscle properly through effective and simple strength training 
  • Say goodbye to 6 days a week in the gym and swap those long tedious workouts for an effective 45-minute personalized program which you'll do 3 times a week!

Month 2  

  • Lose weight and keep it off forever (no more yo-yo dieting my friend)
  • Helping you learn how to keep track of your own meals so you never have to resort to a boring meal plan again.
  • Helping you overcome obstacles and reframe your mindset (aka never fall off the track again my friend)
  • Creating a routine/lifestyle that sticks through habits (aka NEVER ever get off track again...no more starting and stopping)

Months 3 - 5

Step 2 

You will be invited to schedule a quick 15-min "Right Fit" call at a time that suits you.

 Step 3

On the call we’ll look at where you are right now, what you’re challenged by and what is possible in terms of transforming your physique over the next 16-24 weeks.

I’ll then put together a clear 90 day action plan you can follow over the next 90-days.

If you need my help in implementing the plan – great. Like many others clients, I’ll take your results to the next level. If I can’t help you, i’ll connect you with someone who can. If you don’t need my help. No problem – you still walk away with a 90-day action plan.

I only work with people I can help and those who I know are the right fit for online coaching.
